Great ride with the inters this morning. 8 riders met at the triangle with 4 taking the longer route and the inters doing the shorter route. All met up at carsington sailing club for coffee and cobs. Almost got wet near parwich but as the group turned south, the brighter weather returned. Cracking ride, steady pace. Everyone home safe 🙏🏽

Nice 5 up gravel ride over to Annersley. Overnight rain made for some huge puddles particularly around Annesley Country Park. Good cafe stop at Lakeside View on the industrial estate. Now to clean mud off bike for first time in months.

Where were you all on a super stylin’ just enough moisture in the ground for ridin’ every ting change shape wit da rain type a ting groove grindin’ type a night????????? A not too sweaty 18 degrees, just enough light ta see thru da trees, and a nice cool pint at our man Arkies! Where was you at???

18 riders out tonight in 2 groups on a lovely evening with fading light over the last 30 mins or so, then back to The Grapes for chips again. Not many summer routes left. See you next week?

The super Sunday eight set in search of hills and boy did they find them. Great group, great company and a great cafe stop at Stretton Hall. Don’t forget next Sunday afternoon come and have a laugh at me struggling up Holly Lane.

20 riders out tonight ona newly updated route with 3 road groups and 1 gravel group. The theme of the road groups was missing turns and getting lost and the theme of the gravel group was punctures galore! Then back to The Grapes for chip cobs and beer.
