3 of us went for a pootle on the mountain bikes this morning on what started as a lovely day!
Starting with the big climb to the top of shining cliff woods,and a well deserved descent back down with Stu the mechanic dropping out after this because his bike wasn't prepared for the power he can put out, so a 2 man push got him over the next climb without a chain and back to his car
Leaving Me and Niall knackered from the effort and another 2 hours ahead of us along the canal and up to black rocks!
Finished the ride with the last mile of heavy rain! Perfect for cleaning the bikes down
