DAY
Super ride out to Southwell with five of us enjoying the nice sunshine. Windchill kept the temperature down but a steady pace kept us warm. Roads were a bit icy to start but after Hucknall all we had to do was avoid the numerous potholes. Excellent cafe at Southwell Garden Centre although very busy the choice and service was quick. Enjoyed the banter and company as always, Great day out.
NIGHT
Seven riders out tonight on the Swanwick loop. Very cold tonight so we huddled together for warmth at the triangle.
Lovely cool clear conditions, no incidents to report, pub stop at Dead Poets.
