Great start to the new year with the Sunday social ride out to Carsington. 9 riders out then dropping down to 8 due to mechanicals. 8 soldier on to Carsington café we're 5 enjoy a coffee cake and a chat. The return route back from the café turned out to be rather wet and windy which were all getting used to at the moment. All back safely to Belper safe and sound ready for the next club ride. Happy New year to you all and see you all soon.🚴😉👍
Thought about joining today as I like that route but threat of rain at 12 was enough to put me off. Was thinking of you all when it started.
Whoops…sorry, thought we were going to Hudson’s…so 3 of us missed out cafe stop. Only consolation is that I got home 1min before the downpour 😬
