7 of us today for the social ride to Rowsley. It was good to see Bill Cotton today who joined us after his recent knee operation to try it out. The way he tackled the hills around Crich I would say it was a complete success. After a wrong turn which then led us to go downhill on two dales we decided to use the Whiteorth cafe as a coffee stop. A good challenging ride today especially the 20% downhill section, with a few good steep climbs around Crich soon warmed everyone up. A very enjoyable ride today with the group staying together and regrouping on the hills. See you all next week 😀👍
