8 riders for today's blustery ride to Hudsons cafe, taking in the country lanes around Kedleston. Patchy ice proved to be a problem on Mercaston lane with Rob unexpectedly meeting the muddy verge. Fortunately no harm done with rider and bike soon continuing onwards. Welcome to Dave for his first ride this year with the club. Hudsons farm again living up to expectations with a vast array of cakes to tempt the appetite along with bacon cobs. Thanks to everyone involved to making a pleasant morning cycling.
