Now you have been using the web site and members app for several days, you may have noticed that you receive a lot of e-mails and notification alerts from posts and member interactions.

How can I change these settings?

Both of these type of alerts can be set to match your preferences - select each of the picture below to see the instructions:

We recommend that if you use the members app, use the notification alerts from this and switch off all e-mail notifications from your web site profile
