Saturday and off to the lido.

A great ride and a great route for the Saturday ride to Hathersage. All the speed variances started out together and pretty much kept it that way for the 90kM ride.

This was a no-drop ride and the peloton pretty much stayed together and ensured no one got dropped and have to face the south-westerly winds and showers alone.

The café was great at the lido with a fine choice of beverages and foods, well done all. A couple of punctures along the way but nothing to panic about.

Thanks all!

What a belting Hathersage route it is and definitely not just out and back.

Completely forgot how good that Higger Tor to Stanage Edge climb is, we certainly need to remind ourselves how lucky we are having scenery like that, a short ride from the Belper area 👍
