Great day for Matt White yesterday at the Lakesman Triathlon in Keswick! The hard work paid off with a decent 1.2mile swim, a cycle ride of 55miles averaging just over 20mph which he smashed, and a decent 13.1 mile run to end!

Bravo!…that’s a whopping hour below the amateur age group average! 👏
