Freewheel competition. How far can you go with your cranks tied up? Or timed over a certain distance. Down Holbrook or Jackson lane? Strava club competitions 8th longest distance in a week etc We used to give vouchers previously Give a target for everyone Strava club to contribute to a target in a week. Eg if the club members reach a total of 3000 miles in a week then the club will send an amount of money to the chosen charity.
How about a Polaris style bike orienteering day, incorporating multiple coordinates of different point values; various distances over a choice of road, gravel, off-road….longer and harder highest points etc? Teams of 3 or 2, preferably with someone with map reading / orienteering skills if you’re aiming for “big” wining points, but multiple short distance points equally capable of winning overall 👍
