The main ride is planned to be at a 12-16 mph pace (on the flat) but this is adjusted depending on numbers and rider abilities on the day. At the end of the ride each rider is invited to join up for a drink at a local pub.
The recommendation is to use a road bike for these routes. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to give time if groups need to be organised.
